All address changes are processed at our Enrollment Center.

Proof of Residency is required for an address change. Documents must be in the name of the resident and the adult resident must be present.

I moved to a new address within the WAWM School District. What should I bring?

  • Picture ID (Driver’s License or Passport)
  • One (1) document from Column A 
  • One (1) document from Column B 
I moved to a new address outside of the WAWM School District. What should I bring?
If you have moved to a city outside of the district, you will need to submit:
  • A complete tuition waiver form
  • Picture ID  (Driver’s License or Passport)
  • One (1) proof of residency from Column A or Column B

 - Mortgage statement or property deed.

- Most current Property Tax statement.
- A closing statement for purchase of a home.
- A signed lease including the Landlord’s name, address, and telephone number. 
(Will be verified.)

- Current utility bill (e.g., gas, water/sewer, electric)
- Utility deposit receipt for new service.
- Department of Health and Human Resources document for benefits.
- Auto insurance or health insurance statement.
- Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance statement.

YES. We are happy to accept all required documents via email. Please include your students first and last name in the subject line of the email. Email:

From September through May, the Enrollment Center is closed when school is not in session. 

From June through August, the Enrollment Center is closed on holidays and during the week of July 4th.
