Wellness Center VirtualCare!
For most common or chronic illnesses, a telephone and video interaction with a health care provider can effectively replace an urgent care or emergency room visit. The health care provider does not need a physical exam to diagnose and treat most urgent care illnesses. Taking a thorough history is historically considered "90% of the evaluation" when coupled with provider-patient interaction.  Now, you can “meet” Physician Assistant, Zachary D’Arienzo, using video conferencing. VirtualCare is another option for “visiting” the Wellness Center!

Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Required Appointments

Until further notice, all HRA required follow-up visits will be conducted by telephone.  If you have a required appointment, call the Toll-Free Scheduling Line at 866-959-9355 or 414-604-3098 to stay on track for follow-up.
