Technology & Engineering

Technology and Engineering Education is at the heart of today’s high-skilled, high-tech global economy.  Many of the workforce conversations involve manufacturing, construction, communications, transportation and STEM and easily relate to the content of technology and engineering courses.  From engineering to manufacturing, electronics to graphics and sustainability, technology and engineering classes are the forefront of today’s work force and economic issues.  Technology and engineering classrooms go beyond the construction of physical objects. Technology and engineering courses, which are applied classes, engage students in design, building, problem-solving, repair or service; are collaborative in nature and prepare students to be college and career ready.
