Many community organizations prefer that our students use the Nathan Hale Scholarship Application.  These applications are then reviewed by the Nathan Hale Scholarship Committee, which consists of teachers, support staff, and administrators.  The committee then selects the student who best meets the criteria for the given scholarship.

Students who attend the Scholarship Workshops should download the electonic NHHS scholarship application.  If students are unable to attend the workshop and unable to download the form below, they can get a copy of the electronic scholarship application from the College and Career Center, Room 233 after the workshop.  Interested students should sign up to see Ms. Ozburn, College and Career Center Aide by stopping in the Student Support Services Office, Room 235.

Please click on the following link to download the form.  You should be able to use your "TAB" key on your computer keyboard to move from field to field and type directly on the application.  Any information that is not included on the application may cause your application to be incomplete and not considered.  Once you have finished the application, you should be able to print it up.  Make sure you meet the deadline for turning in the application.
