Athletic Forms and Fees Nights for Fall Sports Thursday, July 22 and August 5 from 6:00 - 8:00PM in the West Allis Nathan Hale Cafeteria Your son/daughter will need the following forms (1-4) prior to the starting date of the sport they choose to participate in.

Please download and turn them in on the forms and fees night on Thursday, July 22 or thursday, August 5 between 6:00 - 8:00 PM in the cafeteria or bring them to the main office and put them in the Athletic Director's mailbox. If you send the participation fee for volleyball & boys soccer and your son/daughter does not make the team, the check will be mailed back to you.
If you have any questions or concerns please call 604-3219 or have your son/daughter stop at the athletic office to inquire about paperwork.

We will allow those interested in trying out for volleyball on August 16-17 to miss our practices until a decision is made about volleyball teams. By practicing with the swimming team, the transition back to swim is easier for the athletes and the coaching staff. Open Gym Information Summer Contact Days "Contact Days" - Participation is voluntary and available to all interested students, there shall be no restrictions upon schools, school teams and school coaches (grades 9-12) relative to assembling in the summertime, for up to 5 days which do not need to be consecutive for all WIAA sports sponsored by the school. Unrestricted contact days must conclude no later than July 31. Members of the school's team may voluntarily assemble with their teammates and coaches in the summertime for purposes of instruction and/or competition for up to 5 days in all WIAA sports sponsored by the school, without restrictions. 2009 - 2010 Recognition Congratulations to our Nathan Hale Track & Field Athletes at State this year!!! Martin Shaw III - Finished 8th in the Triple Jump and was a state qualifier in the Long Jump. Brenna Tomczak - state qualifier in the 100 meter hurdles Also broke the school record running a 16.12 Jason King, Sawyer Wickersham, Stephen Milani, Alex Hansen (alt.
