Today's school library media program plays an integral role in educating students for the future. It is where young people learn to find, analyze, evaluate, interpret and communicate information, ideas, and skills they will need as adults to live and work in an information-based society. In addition to providing a setting in which whole group instruction may occur as well as independent learning, the staff has worked to directly integrate library services into the curriculum.
