The West Allis-West Milwaukee School District (WAWMSD) Education Foundation was established in 2007 to enhance the educational opportunities that are available within the District. In partnership with the community, we aspire to provide additional funds to expand existing programs and enrichment opportunities for WAWM students. Our multi-tiered fundraising plan opens the door for support at all levels. Supporting the WAWMSD Education Foundation is a sound investment in our future.

WAWM 100 Raises Money for 2010 Education Foundation Grants!
(February 1, 2010) The West Allis - West Milwaukee School District Education Foundation is close to the end of it's first ever WAWM 100 campaign. The three year-old non-profit group is seeking to raise money to fund an annual grant award cycle in 2010. The types of programs and educational initiatives supported by the Foundation focus on innovative educational ideas, enrichment, and impact on students in the community. Teachers and staff in the school district are able to apply for grants each fall.
"The WAWM 100 is a new idea, and it's quite simple," says Susan Stuckert, Executive Director of the Foundation. "We are hoping that 100 donors will each give $100 by February 14th." "It's definitely somthing we can get behind" says Sara Everts. She and her husband have already signed on to be part of the WAWM 100. "As a volunteer board member, I have seen first-hand the creative and meaningful programs that the Foundation has already been able to fund." says Sara. "It is a worthy investment that is guaranteed to reach the students in our district."
